What is the maximum cat size it can accommodate?
Suitable for cats weighing 2-8.5kg. Not recommended for very small, lightweight, or mobility-impaired cats to prevent sensor failure or startling. For cats under 2kg, disable auto-clean and use manual cleaning mode to avoid potential risks.
What is the maximum litter capacity?
Do not add more than 1.5kg of litter. Excess litter will be swept into the waste compartment, causing waste.
Supported litter types
Bentonite litter, tofu litter, mineral litter, mixed litter.
How often should it be cleaned?
Both the litter compartment and waste bin are removable for water cleaning. We recommend cleaning every 12 days to maintain indoor air quality and provide your pet with a clean, tidy litter box.
Can multiple cats use it simultaneously?
Yes, it supports multi-cat use and tracks usage via sensors. However, regular cleaning is advised to maintain hygiene.
How often does it need emptying?
While the smart litter box automatically scoops waste, the waste bin still requires periodic emptying. We generally recommend checking every 2-3 days (depending on the number of cats). Additionally, when the waste bin is full, the machine's indicator light will remain illuminated as a prompt. Please monitor this and empty it promptly.
Does it need to be plugged in constantly?
Yes, continuous power is required for automatic cleaning. Ensure the device remains powered during extended absences.
Is it safe when the machine is operating while my cat enters?
Yes. The sensor system (gravity/radar) detects when a cat enters or approaches, pausing cleaning immediately. It resumes after a delay once the cat leaves.
What if my cat is afraid to enter?
Disable auto-cleaning initially. Let the cat use it as a regular litter box. Once familiar with the scent and environment, gradually re-enable auto-mode.
What if my cat prefers to urinate outside?
Place a small amount of old litter or urine scent attractant at the entrance to help the cat recognize the scent.
Will multiple cats fight over using it?
Check usage logs in the app to schedule cleaning frequencies appropriately.
Deodorizing spray usage
A full smart spray tank typically lasts about 20 days, depending on your cat's bathroom habits. Refill the deodorizer promptly to maintain spray effectiveness.

Which pets is it suitable for?
This unit has a 72L capacity, suitable for cats and small to medium-sized dogs. For large dogs or long-haired breeds, choose a larger capacity model. Before use, ensure your pet can move comfortably inside.
How long does it take to dry a pet?
This depends on fur volume, body size, and temperature settings. Typically, short-haired cats require about 30 minutes, while small dogs and long-haired cats need approximately 40-50 minutes.
Can multiple pets be dried together?
The 72L capacity can accommodate two pets. However, use based on your pets' comfort levels. If they are uncomfortable sharing the dryer, avoid drying multiple pets simultaneously to prevent stress.
Do I need to towel-dry them before use?
We recommend using a towel to absorb excess moisture before placing them in the dryer. This reduces drying time and protects their skin and coat. Additionally, the first batch of dryers includes a complimentary pet towel. Wishing you and your furry friend a happy life together~
Can temperature and airflow be adjusted?
Yes, manual adjustments are possible with multi-level temperature and airflow settings.
How often should it be cleaned?
Clean the hair filter and base tray after each use. Wipe down the interior drying chamber weekly to maintain cleanliness and prevent mold.
Does the dryer get too hot?
No. The device features temperature control and overheat protection mechanisms, maintaining temperatures within a comfortable range for pets.
Will the dryer scare cats or dogs?
The operating noise has been laboratory tested. In Comfort Mode: 41 dB outside the chamber, 73 dB inside. This creates a comfortable environment, minimizing stress for cats and dogs.
Can pets rest inside alone?
Yes. The machine features a “Pet Bed Mode.” When activated, it safely functions as a cat/dog bed.
Will fur become tangled after drying?
No. Circulating airflow naturally fluffs fur. For extra softness, lightly brush fur or apply a small amount of fur conditioner spray before drying.
What if my cat refuses to enter?
Place familiar items like a cushion or toy inside to help them acclimate. For the first use, start with the lowest temperature and shortest drying time.
